The objectives of the Cafe Femenino Coffee Project are:

1. To strengthen/fortify a sense of self-esteem and the re-evaluation of women's roles in the development of the base of their coffee organization.
2. To identify initiatives of participation and leadership that contribute to the fortification of the organization.
3. Work with CICAP (NGO) to formulate a project that generates international support and cooperation to qualify/train the women in the first phase and later in the implementation of micro-negotiations.
